Responsibilities:

1. Candidate Sourcing:
   • Utilize job portals, social media, and online platforms for candidate acquisition.
   • Implement effective sourcing strategies for BPO, KPO, and ITES industries.
2. Screening and Shortlisting:
   • Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to identify qualified candidates.
3. Coordination and Communication:
   • Schedule interviews and maintain positive candidate communication.
   • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
4. Industry Knowledge:
   • Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
   • Maintain accurate records and generate recruitment metric reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
